Hi Sylvia, It's hard to troubleshoot something over the internet... I'd take a look at the ignitor/flame sensor and see if there's carbon build up on it or deteriorated. It may be the flame sensor is not telling the PC board there is a flame, hense it shuts down. The sensor could also be bad. Make sure you have a good blue flame to allow the sensor to do it's job. I'd also try just putting in a new board for troubleshooting to see if it fixes it. If it doesn't, put the old one back in. Good luck to you. These things can be pretty frustrating. |
