Hi, I recently bought a 2000 Monaco Knight 36Z and have imported into Canada. I have to set up daytime running lights to comply with Canadian law, and obtained a Hamsar Module from Monaco. There is a socket in the circuit panel bay (front driver's side where it is supposed to go, but when I plug it in, the headlights are not switched by the ignition (as they should be), and remain on all the time. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
I have a Monaco Knight 2000, 34' and I am having problems getting 120 volts at for my Sharp microwave/convection oven. The hot wire (black) to ground is 120 volts but I have only 44 volts between hot and nuetral. The receptacle says that it is controlled by a gfci receptacle and I can only find 2, one in the bathroom and one in the basement where the power transfer swith is. I have checked the power at the inverter and on circuit 2 which is the feed for the microwave reads 120 volts. So somewhere between the inverter and the microwave receptacle is where the problem is. Please can you help me solve this problem.
A couple of days ago I noticed I did not have headlights or brights. All other lights on my 2000 Monaco Dynasty work fine. The power has been checked coming to the switch and it is fine. How do I check the power under the hood. I need a schematic for the wiring to locate the wires and check them there. We had found a mouse nest recently (the past week). I hope that it did not eat the wire. Please send what you can to help me get my lights working again. Thank You.
