Hi, I'm another onwer of the 99 Taurus with no heat. I changed the thermostast and still no heat, I took the heater hose off the water pump and the one by the thermostast housing (found this better than getting to the hoses by the heater core) I Flushed water from each side the the hoses till water rn clear, then put them both back, filled it back up and now have more heat than I need. Hope with works for everyone.
