All the manuals are published by Helm and you can order them directly from www.helminc.com.
The owner's manual is part#FCS1201897OG and is $20 + tax and shipping and the EVTM is part #FCS1220697 and is $30 + tax and shipping.
The shop manuial set is part #FCS1219997 and is $160. You have to buy the EVTM anyway if you get the shop manuals, but they include all of the info you'd ever need on the EFI system as well as everything else. If you're not doing any serious repairs yourself, you can skip it as well as the EVTM.
