Atwood 8531 furnace question Chip 11-24-07
In my motorhome the bathroom (smallest room by far) has the most air flow of any vent in the coach and most heat from the furnace. An incredible amount of heat! What can be done to lessen the heat in the bathroom and possibly increase the heat from the other vents?

I have a Weekend Warrior trailer FS2600 which has an Atwood 8531 heater. Occasionally my heater will not turn on. It is flashing a code 1 which is "Air flow/ Limit Fault". It seems that if I tap on the motor with a small hammer it will then kick on and work for a day then again for no apparent reason it will not kick on again.

I have a 8531 IV Fan runs and it clicks like the igniter is working but does not lite I had the same problem last year, took it in and in 15 min repair person said he did something with a wire. It worked the next month or so andf then summer came. Went to use it this fall and it does the exact ame thing. Does someone have a diagram of how these look so I can check things out??
