I can't believe no one has answered this post. This is a punchline waiting to happen!
Bras tend to trap moisture against the paint, so it is always a good idea to remove them periodically to keep the paint from oxidizing. I recommend storing without, but as long as the paint underneath has a good coat of wax on it, you won't do any damage if you leave the bra on.
I have very little experiance with (suspension) air bags, but ideally when you store a vehicle you take the weight off the wheels. This may be a little difficult to do with an RV, so if the rig is fairly level when all the bags are at the same pressure, go ahead and deflate the bags. If the area you are storing in is climate controlled, you won't damage anything if you leave the bags inflated. If the area you are storing in is subject to freezing temperatures, leaving the airbags inflated might cause them to split or crack with the temperature changes. This is entirely opinion, since I've never had to do this myself. The assumptions I'm making are based on how I've seen tires damaged on vehicles kept outside in the New Jersey and Colorado cold.
