I also have a '97 ford Taurus,weird when i start my car after few minutes i turn on the heat but on low it blows a little heat,but when i turn it up it blow just air.,if i then turn it off and wait few minutes and then turn it on it blows heat again but only when it's on low,as soon as i turn it high it blows nothing but cold air.sometime it doesn't even blow heat just cool air,it sucks living in chicago with this.i think ford has not addressed the issues with the heating system in their cars mostly the Taurus.just too much complains online in forums like this and the topic is mostly heater or something close.am not sure where to start from,any ideas will be highly appreciated.
