I need a diagram of the fuse box for a 1998 Ford Explorer. My left turn signal doesn't work but the lights still work. When you turn the blinker on it doesn't do anything on the left side.
I need the Fuse Box diagram for 98 Eddie Bauer Explorer My brake lights will not come on but the dome lights will, change fuse #13 20 amp but it didnt improve
Tilt you steering wheel to the up position and see if it works. You might have to separate the shrouds around the turn signal switch and see if the connector has come loose. It is a very common problem. The locking tabs on the connector get brittle due to the heat and break allowing the connector to come unplugged. I work at a Ford dealership and have done a million of these for that problem. If it doesn't work then let me know and I'll see about sending you a schematic.
Good luck
Sounds more like a burnt out bulb than a bad fuse. Pull the bulbs and check if they're a grey-ish silvery color. If they are, they need to be replaced.
