I'm looking at buying a 1994 37' tag axle Bounder with 27K miles, I however have a few questions. #1 the coach makes a whistling noise while accelerating but at no other time, why? #2 the coach is rated 19000 GVW, but how can I find the GCWR on this unit, and anyone have a rough idea on UVW of this unit? Thanks
If you look in one of the closets on the back of the door you should find a sticker with all the info on the coach. It should give you the tank capacities and the towing capacity along with the interior and exterior colors and trim.
A whistle on acceleration is usually a leak in the plastic of the air cleaner assembly. If the car idles fine, the leak is't causing vacuum problems. Usually some duct tape will fix a crack or it could just be a loose connectiong between pipes.
