Duo-Therm Comfort Control Center M.Moore 7-30-07
Hi,
We need to replace our Comfort Control Center part # 3106463.007 with the replacement part # 3310009000. One is 4 button and the replacement is 5 button. Do they interchange easily or does it require any rewiring between the Control Center and the A/C units?
Thanks,
M.Moore

My Duo-Therm comfort control center will not work the rear ac unit. It also jumps around when trying to change the mode. I would be interested in purchasing a rebuilt unit.
Thanks Chris

Does the heating system work off the hot water heater on some older elite models and if so,how does it?
A/C Control board for 4 button CCC Jerry Horst 3-4-08
I have a well functioning 3 unit (620315) A/C system in my bus conversion being controled by one 4 button 3106463.007 Comfort control Center, which does support 4 zones.
I wish to add a 4th A/C unit. Is it possible to obtain a working (possibly rebuit) control board which I could install into a new (600315 or 620526) A/C unit so that it could communicate with and be controled by my existing system?
Thanks for your help!

I can sell you a rebuilt and tested 4 button board for $80.00 exchange if the ON-OFF switch is OK. $20.00 additional if the switch is bad. Let me know if this would help. BH

Bill Hendrix,

Do I understand that I can purhase a rebuilt 4 button controller? I, too, am having trouble with mine and don't quite know what to do. I would appreciate any help you could give me. My on-off switch works fine... my problem is that the controller seems to lock up at times with furnace mode refusing to go off. This then keeps the air cond. from working ar all. HELP! Thanks-Richard
Re: Duo-Therm Comfort Control Center John scull 8-4-08
Do you still have rebuilt boards available? I have two duo therm 59530.601 units with 3106481.009 boards
(with a 4 button control unit). The front board is burned out - when front unit is started we get an electical smell from board. I can also see evidence of a waxxy substance at the base of a few components on the board. There was a problem with our electical supply that caused this initially. Rear unit seems to work OK except it doesn't always shut off at set temp.

Re: Duo-Therm Comfort Control Center roy stark 7-6-08
Loks like Duo-Therm has some real issues with their four button Comfort Control. Mine was like all of yours and i had read an article in FMCA, I believe their July or August 2007 issue, where you could take the unit apart and carefully re-bend the brass contact under the push button so they would once again make contact. I tried but did not bend properly and made it worse. Can you buy just the brass bars? I am now proficient in the R&R of the unit after many attempts to properly bend the contact.
