I have a 1994 ford mustang gt 5.0 that is have problems starting sometimes it just turns over and over other times it starts right up i have no idea where to start. Any help will do

The 2 major culprits with this type of trouble are the fuel pump power relay and the fuel pump itself.
Your car is OBD1, so codes can be pulled either manually or with a scanner. A fuel pump or power relay problem will set a code for an "Open" in the fuel pump circuit. If there is no code, then you have a problem with the check valve in the pump itself or in the resonance chamber between the fuel pump and the steel fuel line (notorious for leaking).
Recently bought a 94 mustang. car starts for a couple of days and then electrical draw and is dead. charges up again when jumped. only lasts a few days. had mechanic (a friend)check over for a month. replaced tumblers and key in ignition and thought we had problem cured. worked well for about 2 weeks or so even after testing and not running car for a few days. however now same problem. any ideas?
