I have a Dometic RM 2612 in my RV. I prepared it for the coming summer and discovered the the freezer( top part) works fine but the refrigerator (bottom) does not cool. Any ides of what it can be?
We just discovered EXACTLY the same situation with our RM2612. Freezer works, bottom refrigerator does Nothing. Please forward any info you might get on this! The DometicUSA website has no troubleshooting info.

Got ours fixed. Don't know what exactly fixed it, but this is what I did:
Turned onto manual. Turned it off. Turned it back on Automatic. Then, there's a white plastic piece on the last fin on the far right side and I slid it all the way down.
Go figure...

Hi we also have a dometic rm2310. it cools the freezer ok but not the fridge.it is also gas or electric. any help with this problem would be great.thank you day
The frig part of our Dometic RM 2310 won't cool, but the freezer works fine. Any ideas of what to replace. My husband has been all over this. This is a three-way and the same thing happens on all three ways.
