Not sure there is a "union" for such a connection. You might have to improvise. Go to hardware store and see if you can find a nipple to fit into the garden hose, snuggly. then you might find a number of different conversions "unions" to match up to you 1.5 inch pipe. Good luck sounds like a weekender.
