Winshield wipers-winnebago Chieftian Marcel 4-8-01  
The wipers go on as soon as i turn on the ignation key, even though the wiper control is off? Why

Check the "Park" switch. When the wipers are turned off they continue to run until they park. Yor problem is that they never think they are parked.
