I replaced cracked manifolds on my 28'Bounder with a 460 engine last Fall and they have cracked again only 6000 miles later. I travel almost exclusively in the mountains of Montana pulling a 3500lb. trailer but always shift down and never push it hard. I had an enlarged muffler system installed supposedly to prevent future manifold problems. Any solution suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
