Or you could have the bearings going out in the fan motor. If the air is ice cold, your compressor is prob running, but the fan motor may be drawing too many amps. I just changed ours for this reason. Easy to do, about 20 minutes work. Check it with an amp meter first to see what is drawing too much. STeve
