Since you indicate the vibration is present whenever the engine is running and gets worse at speed, whatever is causing the vibration must have something to do with the engine.
My first area of investigation would be the fan. A fan with just a little bit of one blade missing can cause an extreme imbalance problem which would shake and shake and shake.
Another area of investigation would include anything that is run off of the fan belt(s). It doesn't take much to really shake and shake.
