I purchased a new 2000 Diesel Winnebago Chieftain last December. There is a vibration that can't be traced. Valvec provided me with updated mirrors which didn't help. Cummins advised me that the engine was not installed properly by Freightliner because they used the incorrect motor mounts. They changed the motor mounts, (after keeping the coach for 4 weeks) and the vibraion still exists! The mirrors jiggle to the point that I can't see behind me. Has anyone had this problem with a diesel coach? The vibration is there whether the coach is at idle or moving. Worse at 65 MPH. Suggestions welcome. |
