What kind of chassis, and is the a/c factory with the chassis or added by somebody else? And if so by whom? There's an excellent forum at www.aircondition.com, then pick "straight to the board". Post all your specifics. Suggest you try jumping the terminals in the connecter you pulled to change that switch. If your refrigerant charge was low, the new switch would do its job of also serving as low pressure cutoff an again, your compressor would not run. The guys'll ask you for pressure readings and you need access to a Manifold Gauge Set to do that. Hope you can straighten this out! God Bless, jd

Pull connector off pressure switch and jump the connectors(wire end) if this kicks compressor then fluid low. this can be done with engine off and key in run position. you will hear clutch engaging. Did you check fuses?
