Usually when you cant control the temperature, in many of these ford trucks, it is a small broken plastic part that is moved by the blend door actuator----there is a quick, easy and free fix with pictures that you click in at a site called "ford truck enthusiasts"----i fixed mine, which was stuck on hot, in about an hour with no special tools or talent----good luck---gary |
