|Things to check:|
Is the thermistor correctly mounted to the cooling fins? Bottom left is the least cooling location.
Is the thermistor the correct resistance measured according to the repair manual? This is an Important step. They are very, very easy to damage durring install.
A critical note: There MAY be a Parellel resistor in the thermister circuit that MAY need to be removed for your application to operate correctly. If you look at the plug in location on the board it should be there on the thermistor conector. Be carefull when cuting off so it can be re-connected. I spoke to the old grumpy tech we keep in the corner away from our customers for this tech tip. Be carefull as elimination of this may make it run hot.
