I have a 1980 T.E.C. 35' trailer with 2 tipouts operating on hinges. The tipouts will only go 1/4 of the way in when lifting from the outside as instructed. We checked for a possible double hinge, but no luck. So far 3 different sources were checked and nobody has the answer. We tried for 4 hours to figure out the puzzle to get these tipouts in to no avail. Hinges work fine and are not rusted shut. Would appreciate any help. Thanks, Jack Miller
