I have a hydro flame Excalibur 8500-ll
it runs but very little heat comes out,I can hear it ignite and the blower is working.

Hi Jim, Check for a duct separated from the furnace or kinked and that the return air isn't obstructed. Your LP pressure could be low causing an underfired condition. Has to be between 10.5 and 14 inches of water column. Preferably 11" with all LP appliances running. Also the burner orifice could be partially plugged causing a poor flame. Good luck
