Ahhhh, I am going to guess that is a typo because 4.3 and 2.8 is completly different. 2.8 and 3.4 maybe. If you put the 3.4 heads and intake on a 2.8 all you get is a poorly running engine. If you need to put your 2.8 heads on a 3.4 that will work as long as you are willing to buy custom length push rods and it will run and perform well. Good Luck
