I have a norcold N841 that I turned off yesterday from the ON/OFF button on the front panel. Now the unit will not come back on. There are no fault codes listed on the display. When I push the mode buttom it shows AC but will not switch to any other mode. I only run AC anyways.
The temp button is set on 8 and will not change either. I checked the AC power to the unit and 5amp fuse on the circuit board is good.
Hi Garry, First check for 12V at the terminal block, then check the 12V fuse on the circuit board. Serial # 851759 it's 3 amp, lower than 851759 it's a 5 amp. 12V powers the controls. Good luck
