My Norcold 1200 cools well on ac, but very little cooling on gas. The flame is a nice blue, the burner, flue and baffel have been cleaned, and the flue cap is installed correctly.
Hi David, Since you've already checked most of the problem areas, make sure the fridge has proper venting, no obstructions down the back or leaves, nests etc. on the vent screen if it's a rooftop vent. Have your LP Pressure checked, if it's to low that can cause this, last is the flue baffle is missing or defective. Pull the flue cap off there should be a wire hook, pull it out and make sure the baffle isn't rotted away. It's a spiral piece of flat metal hooked to the wire. Most common is rust in the flue, but you said that's ok. Good luck
