I am a new owner of a 1999 Areolite Cub 21' trailer, but never got a owners manual for it. I have figured out how to do everything on it but how to empty the tanks. Does it work on gravity or is there something I am missing on how to empty them.
Once you have full tanks and you are ready to dump (at dump station) wear gloves when hooking up the hose,do the Black tank first---then close it---then dump the Grey(soapy water) that will rinse your Hose--then close that valve---always add a gallon of water back in the black tank use -Commode--.what I have always done is use 5 -or so pounds of ice---and while driving it will help break up any other solids that might be in the tank-(you do not want it turning to a Solid)and when you get to next location dump black tank again--
then camp.
