OK no one who Knows this brand is going to answer. Two common slide drive types. Cable and gear. Either way either the slide is being driven from only one side or it has gone out of time. The cable system is not one we work on. The gear system is driven either by a motor under the slide or by a hydraulic ram. either way there are gear packs(pinion gears) driving racks attached to the bottom of the slide. Either the gears are damaged or the drive shaft between them is disconected. A slide that jams can skip on the teeth but that usually breaks teeth. I was going to refer you to Rvison but they hide there contact info pretty good on the net. TYhey want you to contact a local dealer. http://www.trail-lite.com/dealer-locator.asp Good Luck
