Wow,that sounds like a lot of bs to go thru just to change the splitter. I think i'll run the cable thru the storage compartment into the rv and tape it along the floor, walls and ceiling. So the cable outlet will work for both cable and satellite tv,huh? They are two different type coaxial cables. I have a power switch in the main living area on the cable outlet....would that be a signal amplification power switch? I'll try to find the splitter without cutting holes in the rv....i'm thinking the splitter might be fairly close to the switch. What do you think?
