I am trying to get the Dometic Penquin heat pump working on my trailer. It is a used unit but I have the duo therm comfort control center. I get a EE message when I turn on the control center unit. What does the EE stand for?
That means theres a connection error between the control box and thermostat try this first turn the thermostat to off hold the top and bottom button while turning the t stat on and that should reset it
Thanks so much for the info on resetting the thermostat. With the thermostat in the off position, I held in the mode and zone buttons and turn the thermostat on. It reset the EE to FF and then the controls began to work. I thought for sure it was a problem with the cable. What a relief not to have to take it all apart again. Thanks!
