Just bought a used RV..RM2310 refrige not cooling.. on Gas it lights, chimney gets hot, I hear gurgling from the rear of unit.. But it does not cool. Doesn't seem to do anything on electric operation. Is this thing shot?
The cooling unit has failed. This means the coolant has leaked partially out. Replace either the fridge or the cooling unit. It could be fixed but the cost versus the the price of new will make you want new. Good Luck
On 115v freezer will create a little ice from condensation but fridge walls are barely cool to the touch.
On propane the ice melts & all cooling stops. I turned unit upside down & heard gurgling as expected. Left it this way for two weeks. Pilot seems fine.
