You need to find an S10 with the automatic and take all the automatic stuff off, Brake peddle, shifter and linkage, drive shaft, trans including tourque converter and flexplate, computer and wiring harnes, Rad and cooler lines. Then transplant into your truck. It can be done but most guys doing this sort of thing are also upgrading power or modifying for economy. Then this stuff all becomes less of an issue. Good Luck
