I'm wanting to cover my seams and vent seams with the selant tape but not sure which is the best. there are two that i'm looking at one is Eternabond and the othe is Quick Roof both have the same qualities and both are expensive. I just want to make sure i have no leaks and was told that if i apply this i would not have to worry about leaks but will still have to clean rubber roof at least once a year. So which is it one better than the other? Please advise.
Eternabond is the best---
but either need (clean dry ) surface for it to work
around Vents ETC; (Flo-Seal) product will do a great job---it's flexable---and will work very well, you use a caulking gun to apply it--- around $9.oo
