No DC Power from converter Monte 5-26-09
I have no DC power coming from converter. I have been told there is an inline fuse between batteries and converter. I can't find the fuse.

YOUR DC CONVERTER uses 115 volts AC and converts it to 12 volts DC.
your CONVERTER is probably on a GFCI circuit--most are in bathrooms or the kitchen NEAR water---RESET IT output might or--should have (fuses)

a INVERTER uses 12 volt DC and INVERTS it to 115 volts AC
Re: No DC Power from converter BUBBA THE BUS TECH 5-27-09
The batteries are required to have a fuse or breaker within about 36 inches (guessing on spec) in Canada. Anyway you shouldd be able to follow the positive cable or cables from the battery to the end of that cable and find it/them. But if the neither the battery or the converter will power your trailer you have a more exstensive problem. Good Luck
