Basic trouble shooting, Assuming fridge is electronic controled. Turn on, does tin chimney on right at rear of fridge get hot? if yes cooling unit toast, if no, control system trouble or bad element. Check 110 v to fridge, check 12 v to fridge, check fuses on board. Good Luck
