Went to check out our unit. Tryed to turn on the Furn, but thermostat won't work tryed to turn on the air alos but won't work.(Won't even light up) Checked out the fuse,s nothing wrong there. Does anyone know what might be the problem????
If the thermostat is a Comfort Control with a digital display best possibiiity is no 12 volt current. Remove the thermostat from its holder and test for 12V at the solder joints for the ON-OFF switch. If no 12V, look for a blown fuse or corroded connection/ There is a fuse in the upper control board also. Good luck -- William
Believe I have part no. 3107541 or 3107546. Controls air and furnace. I need a wire diagram of the 6 wires so I can swap over to a new stat. or can someone tell me where to get a direct replacement. The temp adjustment strip is not working properly. I just lightly touch the adjustment slide and the air or heater go on or off. guessing it might be a bi-metallic strip with a potentiometer on it. ???
I have a Dometic furnace in my montans 5th wheel RV, i would like to find a instruction manual for the remote control, which operates the furnace and roof top air con. i am having problems and i am not sure if it is set right, i have no instructions
Have a Dometic duo therm thermostat and had the furnace on and going fine but now stopped. the cool and furnace lights are still on and the batteries in the remote seem fine there is no beep sound when pushing the on/off button and can not turn off the lights at the receiver also no beep sound there either.
I have double AC units with heat pump and furnace operation I have gotten the furnace and AC to work a few times I moved the switch over as far as it would go and the unit started. To keep it going I taped the switch down it ran for a while. It seems like the control is shorting on and off there are no parts available for these units the only thing I cold find was you have to change the boards in the AC unit and run two Thermostat controls I also have a heat pump in the suystem and not sure how that would work can not find any info on thee. I probably will put a separate control on the furnace. I have been looking for any info on this being done before.
