You will have to remove the a/c unit completely. Then working thru that hole try to build up the roof by inserting 1X2 s and shims to give the roof the raised curve it needs. Reinstall the a/c and you're done.
I too have the same issue with the area around the A/C unit. Saggs, pools but doesnt leak. Also the inside roof paneling seams are comming apart and pealing. How can I fix this or replace the ceiling panels??? The roof seams on the aluminum have been patched by the pervious owner and are now cracked again. Do I need a new roof or can this be an easy fix??? She is a 1977 Dodge Sportsman "Dreamer". And yes it has a 440 motor.
