We have a suburban sf unit and we ran out of propane. we put new propane in and it comes on and then goes off every five minutes without the heat ever coming on. i called suburban and they said to keep turning it off and on to purge the line and get the air out but i've done that 10-15 times and still no heat....help!!
AN EASY WAY TO PURGE THE TANK IS BY LIGHTING YOUR STOVETOP BURNER FOR 3-5 MINUTES TAHT WILL PROPERLY PURGE THE SYSTEM OF AIR YOU MIGHT STILL HAVE TO IGNITE ANOTHER 2 TIMES BUT THAT ALMOST ALWAYS WORKS
