Are you talking about the large capacitor that is for the compressor? I don't know for sure, but I don't think that has anything to do with the blower/fan motor?
I have very limited experience with RV A/C's; however, when those large capacitors fail, they tend to deform the case. If your capacitor case is deformed, that capacitor should be suspect.
Here is a good test. Turn on the fan and spin it by hand. If the fan takes off and runs then it is the fan capacitor. Be sure to spin it into the right direction and be safe don't get your fingers/hands caught.
