Duo Therm Comfort Control Center Joe 6-27-08
Just purchased a new Duo Therm air conditioner and 5 button Comfort Control Center. Hooked it up and only thing displayed was EE. What does that mean?

First, reset the circuit logic by holding the top and bottom buttons down and click the switch to ON. If FF appears, all is OK. If EE appears you have a break in the cable or the connectors between the thermostat and the air conditioner. Read the installation instructions and be sure the cable is in the same sequence on each end at the RJ11 connectors. - NOT opposite like a cable from radio shack (The most common mistake) WH

I have the 5 button unit.Zone one works. Zone 2 will light up only after you turn it off. But nothing happens also the heat pump and heat do not light up. I got the FF code. Now it only comes on zone 1. Thanks for any help.
