The other fuse panel is either under the dash by the driver's side kick panel (may also have a lever to unlock it and let it fold down so you can see it) or it is in the side of the dash, visible when you open the driver's side door.
Your owner's manual will have the location of the fuse panel as well as which fuses are related to what.
