I've got an 88 Pace Arrow with a chevy 454, Rochester Quadra-jet that backfires when shutting the engine off and the engine bogs down intermittantly when driving. There's no consistant pattern, fast, slow, freeway or city stop and go. So my first thought is to make sure the timing is right before i try to rebuild the carburetor but i cant find the timing specs anywhere.
