Hi Bill, Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this is more than likely a bad cooling unit. These are replacable and for less than a new fridge. Here is a site that may help you determine the problem: http://www.rvmobile.com/tech/Trouble/CoolingD.htm You might try calling Norcold at 1 800 767-9101 to see if there are any recalls on your unit.
