Google taurus manual you can download the complete manual off the internet. I had the same problem on a 2000 taurus, manual shows no fuse just a relay, problem ended up being relay AND cut wire in the drivers door control buttons. Hope this helps, I'm not a mechanic, just got lucky. John D.
Man I just had the same problem with my windows they just all of a sudden stopped working and my driver side window is down I've searched everywhere for a inline fuse which the "Haynes" book says there is one but I can't find it. I've changed 3 relays to fix this and still nothing. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to share.
