THE DRAIN IS LOCATED IN THE ROOF ASSEMBLY YOU MIGHT JUST TRY REMOVEING THE CEILING UNIT INSPECTION COVER AND TIGHTINING THE FOUR BOLTS SNUG THIS SHOULD BE DONE EVERY YEAR OR TWO
Your evaporator drain holes are probably full of junk. If you remove the upper shroud, then you will need a 5/16 nut driver to remove the cover from the front of the evaporator. There is a white tray at the bottom of the evaporator with holes on either end. You cannot remove the tray but you can see if there is junk built up in it. I hope this helps.
