My buddie had me check out his rv and the convertor with it not plugged in all the 12 volt fuses read 13.02 volts when he plugs it in the batteries read 13.6 and a couple of the fuses read 13.6 and the rest read 12.8 its charging the batteries but the coach circuits are not the same voltage can anyone help ?.

Poor conections and load on the circuit are both explinations that could account for this. The most important thing is that the batteries charge and the stuff inside the unit works. Good Luck
